Led by its founder Genlin, the World Dog Alliance (WDA) attended the APEC meeting, calling on countries to adopt the "International Agreement to Prohibit the Eating of Dogs and Cats"

The WDA delegation held up a banner in front of the HICO venue at the APEC meeting, urging countries to adopt "International Agreement to Prohibit the Eating of Dogs and Cats"
