27 EU Countries Pass Draft Law on Welfare of Dogs and Cats and their Traceability

The EU passed a draft bill on the welfare of dogs and cats and their traceability in June. The 27 countries will work together to combat illegal breeding and trading of dogs and cats, and introduce mandatory micro-chipping to all dogs and cats within the EU. This reflects the EU's solemn determination to improve the welfare of dogs and cats!
