Crossing Through War and Disasters in 2024, Everyone Hopes for a Peaceful and Safe 2025

Updated: Jan 2

As the new year begins, we are pleased to announce with joy that Dark Hole: Genlin on New Peace, the latest work by Mr. Genlin, founder of the World Dog Alliance, has been published in a limited edition and received an enthusiastic response. This art book is the sister volume to the photo album Memory in a Frame, which was published ten years ago. The content spans from cosmic celestial bodies, the Dark Hole, and Earth, to Genlin's photography, paintings, and films, covering a wide range of topics. Yet, no matter how diverse the themes, they all revolve around one central idea: dogs and cats. Mr. Genlin states, “The International Agreement to Prohibit the Eating of Dog and Cat, is for addressing the fundamental issues in human society.”

Mr. Genlin is an idealist for a new peace regarding dogs and cats and the proposer and practitioner of the concept "Humanity, Animals, Environment: Trinity of Earth Sustainability." His interpretation of new peace is unique and thought-provoking, inspiring reflection.

In recent years, the protection of dogs and cats has gained increasing attention. The fate of humans is closely tied to that of the dogs and cats, who are considered companion animals. However, theft, abuse, and the consumption of dogs and cats still occur in some countries and regions. The social conflicts and violence resulting from these atrocities have become another form of "war" humanity faces. This crisis needs to be addressed through the perspective of "new peace studies." Protecting dogs and cats to promote world peace has emerged as a response to this broader environment, incorporating dog and cat protection into the study of "new peace," which will lead international peace studies and ultimately eradicate the harmful practice of ignoring the lives of small animals.

Mr. Genlin points out that humanity has faced destruction multiple times due to arrogance and disregard for the laws of the universe, as well as the abuse of other forms of life. Humans need to adopt a spirit of faith and humility, follow the principles of new peace, and only then can we avoid the destruction of Earth once again.

“Humanity, Animals, Environment: Trinity of Earth Sustainability” is not only the belief Mr. Genlin and the World Dog Alliance strive to promote but also a wise choice for humanity. We welcome everyone to join us in making it our goal for the new year!

Wishing you all the best in the new year.
