10th Anniversary of 926 Dog Lovers' Day

The annual Dog Lovers' Day was established by the World Dog Alliance. Today marks its 10th anniversary, and over the past decade, we have achieved remarkable and proud milestones. Under the advocacy of the World Dog Alliance, countries and regions such as the United States, South Korea, and China have enacted explicit legislation banning the consumption of dog and cat meat. This represents a milestone in human history.
The International Agreement to Prohibit the Eating of Dogs and Cats, led by the United States, has gained support from many countries. Its goal is to have at least 150 countries sign the agreement by 2027. The movement is flourishing like bamboo shoots after the rain.
